Cost of Repairs at Nexus Computers:

• Windows install (Includes all drivers, for the computer system and all updates). - £48.00
• Data Recovery with Hard drive removal (This includes saving all data, and copying it back after finished). - £29.00
• Data Recovery without Hard drive removal (This is saving the data to disk or external hard drive, and then copying after finished). - £19.00
• Hardware Install (This includes the installation of the hardware component and the drivers for this device, we also test after install). - £12.00
• Onsite House call (This includes checking the machine for errors or installing the device, we also collect the device or system if work needs to be carried out offsite). - £25.00

All labour is covered for 14 days after collection of the computer system, if at any time in this period you have any problems you will not be charged for further work on the system. Once a house call is finished a house call sheet will be written and given to the customer, when it is agreed with the engineer and customer that the work is complete and both sign the form the work is considered as finished. If you wish to have extra callouts after this it will be classed as a new house call.
